Girl - Gift of GOD

People say children are GOD's gift. But if it a girl is it the same? Sarojini Naidu, Kiran Bedi, Mother Teresa and many more who made India proud. What would have happened if their parents thought that girl child is a burden? Most of you who are reading this might haven't thought like this.

Since Independence there has been many changes in this society. Some good for girls, some bad. There is a increasing no. of career and professional women. Women and men are equal before law and no discrimination is made on the basis of sex. But is it followed in every region of the country? Years before Independence girls had to face many more discrimination compared to now.

Why is a girl child not educated? Why is a girl child a burden? Is it because that when they get marriage, there is a tradition of giving dowry or only because people think that education is useful till marriage and after that women are like birds in the cage? Or something else? Even though Goddess Saraswati,a female is the lord of education,girls aren't educated.Why?

Women are beaten up if they give birth to a girl child. And sometimes burned too. In some families the women are asked to do sex determination so that the family can find out the baby in the womb is a girl or a boy. If it is a girl then say ask the women to abort the child and if the women says no the family members then they torture the women.

A family's backbone is always a women but then also men is given more importance. Why? People say sons can only take their family forward. But without a woman this world would have been incomplete. Females has done unimaginable things which men failed in. Then also a girl child is a burden for the society. "GOD send angels to share happiness in a family and after a age they are send to another family (married) to share again happiness. And after years they are called back to heavens so that the family members understands their responsibility and share happiness within one another by themselves."

Hindus have millions of GOD in which one is GODDESS PARVATI, a female. People pray to her for having a good life but at the same time they discriminate a girl child. GODDESS KALI, a female, a  incarnation (avatar) of GODDESS PARVATI who destroys evil and restores good. All Hindus pray to them whether they are females or males but in this some salute women and other discriminates women.Sexual abuses, rapes, harassment, eve-teasing, women trafficking, bride burning, dowry deaths and many more continues.If GODDESS PARVATI can give all a good life then GODDESS KALI can destroy the evil who does this torture to restore the good.Women carry a child 9 months and give birth and no one except mother has the right to abort a child. Likely one gives life then it can only be taken back by the same person.

I conclude this blog " If there is a protector there is a destroyer ". The destroyer is GODDESS KALI then at the same time on the other side GODDESS PARVATI is being a Protector.Empowerment Of Girl Child Is The Best Way To Empower The Nation. In this the destroyer is what the society thinks and be. And at the same time on the other side the protector is the girl child who is educated who protects the nation forever and ever.
